TERMS of SERVICE - PLEASE READ
CANCELLATIONS AND WITHDRAWALS
THE STUDENT HAS THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT AND OBTAIN A REFUND
1. The student has the right to cancel his agreement and receive a full refund of all charges less the amount of $150.00 for the registration fee if he/she cancels this agreement prior to or on the first day of institution.
2. Cancellation shall occur when you give written notice of cancellation at the address of the school shown at the top of the front page of this agreement.
3. The written notice of cancellation must be registered or certified by the post office and is effective from the postmarked date. Hand-delivered mail is effective on the date received, which will be signed/dated by a school official.
4. The written notice of cancellation need not take any particular form and, however expressed, it is effective if it shows that you no longer wish to be bound by this agreement.
5. For the purpose of calculating refunds: unless the student cancels in writing as noted above, the student will be considered in attendance in any and all classes until such time as written cancellation is received by the school regardles of time actually attended.
REFUND INFORMATION
You may withdraw from a course after instruction has started and receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the tuition and other refundable charges if you have completed 60% or less of the instruction. The school will also refund money collected for sending to a third party on the student's behalf such as license or application fees. If the school cancels or discontinues a course or educational program, the school will make a full refund of all charges. Refunds will be paid within 30 days of cancellation or withdrawal.
COMPLETION AND PLACEMENT
Upon successful completion of the course and payment in full of all tuition and fees (or having made arrangements to make payments), the student will receive a Diploma/Certificate of Completion and the school's placement assistance will be available to him/her. However, neither the school nor any representative can promise or guarantee that the student will find a job or how much salary he/she can earn. The school will provide the student with as many job leads as it receives. It is the student's responsability to contact the school and request placement assistance. If he/she fails to call, the school will assume assistance is no longer needed. There is no charge for placement assistance. Placement assistance is lifetime.
